Twinkle heat transfer vinyl is a new SISER glitter product! Siser Twinkle contains embedded flakes that result in a smooth finish. The embedded flakes in Twinkle have reflective properties that cause designs to really shimmer when hit with direct light!

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
* Do not dry clean
* Machine wash Warm or Cold / Mild Detergent
* Dry at normal setting
* No chlorine bleach
* Wait 24 hours before first wash
