Twinkle heat transfer vinyl is a new SISER glitter product! Siser Twinkle contains embedded flakes that result in a smooth finish. The embedded flakes in Twinkle have reflective properties that cause designs to really shimmer when hit with direct light! Sheets are 20"x12" Yard 20"x36" HEAT APPLICATION • Time: 15-20 Seconds • Temperature: 305° F • Pressure: Medium • Peel: Warm • Gloss finish ADHERES TO • 100% cotton • 100% uncoated polyester • Poly/cotton blends CARE INSTRUCTIONS • Do not dry clean • Machine wash Warm or Cold / Mild Detergent • Dry at normal setting • No chlorine bleach • Wait 24 hours before first wash
